Returns Policy

If in the unfortunate circumstance you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your items within 28 days of the order date. No returns will be accepted after 28 days. In the first instance an email should be sent to contact@nacirfa.co.uk stating your reason for your return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange items must not be worn, washed, or altered in anyway. Original tags are to remain on the item and in the same condition in which they were sent out. Items must be in the original packaging and be able to be resold.

Nacirfa Clothing reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items which are not able to be resold.

If an item is damaged/faulty we must be notified via email upon receiving the item. Detailed images and a description of the fault should be included in your email.

Items marked SALE cannot be refunded unless faulty or damaged.

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been received by us an email will be sent to you notifying you of what the next steps will be. If approved, a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


Please note costs for returned items are not free. Delivery charges are non refundable.
